Sigba Eiendom has been based on Sotra for decades. We know the area, we have helped shape it, and we build with the conviction that what we do today matters more ten years from now.
We develop and own commercial real estate ourselves. That means we build with operation, quality and long-term value in mind – not to flip, but to manage.
For tenants that means predictability, quality buildings and a landlord that is present. We take responsibility for what we build and care that our buildings work in the daily lives of the people who use them.
Sotra, Øygarden and Bergen West are on the rise. The new Sotra Link is being built, infrastructure is being upgraded and the business community is developing. We have believed in the region for a long time, and continue to invest in it.
