When we planned the building, we decided we would not put up just any office. We wanted to build something that was easy to operate and that met both today's tenants and tomorrow's requirements. The result is a building with energy rating A, geothermal heating from five 250-metre deep energy wells, balanced ventilation with heat recovery, and cooling delivered through the ventilation system.
For tenants, that means low operating costs, a good indoor climate, and a building that fits into the company's own sustainability reporting without dragging down the average. A building's energy rating is becoming increasingly important for both tenants and financing terms, and that is a factor worth doing the math on.
Room for 25 employees, with flexibility
The available premises on the third floor total 653 sqm, with room for up to 25 workstations. The layout combines private offices, meeting rooms and social zones, and it can be adapted to different needs and ways of working. If 653 sqm is more than you need right now, the area can be split down to as little as 200 sqm.
The building has its own canteen, shared meeting rooms and plenty of parking right outside.
Sotra is developing rapidly
The Sotra Connection is under construction. That means the route between Sotra and central Bergen will become easier and more predictable in the years ahead. For a business moving into Knarrevik Business Park now, the location will only improve over time. Sotra and the rest of the region west of Bergen are on the rise, and the infrastructure is on its way.
